Enabled unviersal switch by mistake and unable to unlock the phone!!

Help!! Enabled Universal Switch single tap and now device is locked and unable to unlock the phone.
The blue scanner bar appears every time
1. Tried restart of phone multiple times
2. Tried pressing home button 3 & more times continuously
