Always running out of space!!

I don't have many things that I am aware of saved in my phone but it always says low storage left. Which of the system data files are safe to delete? Home, documents, LGWorld, .dwnld, LGBackup, .join.temp, .adobepassdb_3, .profit.OS, .enref are the ones I see. Can I delete them all for more space?
