ZTE zmax Pro vs Moto G4+, outside and day to day

I am switching carriers and phones. I have a Moto G 1st gen and with the new OS (android M) it's just gotten too slow and is annoying.

I was going with a replacement Moto G 4+ (better camera, larger screen) then I saw the ZTE xmax pro. I am moving to Metro PCS anyway so that limit is gone. Spec are VERY similar but one is $99 vs $299.

Some reviews indicate that outside the ZTE's screen is just not bright enough. I have also heard that it has quick charge ability (adaptor not shipped...
