Which of these phones should I get?

hi, I need an opinion on what to buy. I have 450$AU and live in AUS, so it needs to be available here, so no one plus 2.
Phones in mind:
LG Nexus 5x
Sony Xperia z3+
Huawei GR5
oppo r7s


So which one is best, I like finger print readers but again, not necessary. I basically want a device which a lot of bells and whistles, but also very fast.
