A Newbie: Need advice on an SMS app with notification rules for hours and contacts.

OK, well I am not a complete Newbie, but I am new here. I have tried a few SMS apps for my Lollopop 5.1 Acer phone. None meet my needs. All fall short on notification rules capabilities. For email, I have found an app that works perfectly in this regard. But in the world of SMS, I have been hitting a wall.

Sounds based on contact and different if not contact attached to the number
Rules for when to sound a notification and when to not do so normally and an override for...
