Factory resetting a rooted android

I have a rooted nexus 4 running the stock rom with android 4.4.2. If i want to factory reset my device what all should be kept in mind? Will i still have root access? There is also an app namely busybox which was installed during the rooting process. will it still be there? And is there anything i should do with the xposed framwork before factory resetting???
