Battery Drain One Plus One

My one plus one battery drains way too fast. On the battery stats the percentage battery used against each application hardly amounts to 1/4 of the total percentage lost. Also at some percentages say at 71% it gets stuck for a long time while at others lowers down too quickly for the same usage. If Im using an application like facebook or chrome it will last hardly 3-4 hours. Also sometimes/most of the times my phone turns off at 20%. And when I insert charger a weird Chinese window pops up...
