SIP app - Please Read

Hi All,
Ok

I have a S6 and I just moved, I don't want to change my phone number on my cell as i've had it for 13 years... My plan gives me 6GB of data a month so I would like to do the following:

1) find a new phone number and call and text using that
2) porting over my old phone number to an online service , but i don't want the port to kill my contract with Telus

I just need help.. if you have 6GB of Data there should be a good app that does it all for you.
