Samsung Galaxy S3

Hi,
I'm new to forum communication etc, so please give me some slack.
I have a Samsung S3 GTI9300 and it has habbit of restarting itself, or, just when you need to use an app, it says, Nahhhh, I'm going to reboot, VERY SLOWLY.
Does anyone have any advice please?
