S7 Edge Mic/Recording Issue

I am having issues with my S7. It seems that anything related to "mic" is not working. This includes call, video sound, voice command and anything you can think of related to mic function. I tried different troubleshooting I can think of. Restored to factory default and even reloaded the stock rom using Odin (just in case it is a firmware issue). I know my last resort is to send my device to a service center.
