Issues related to start-up apps, background apps and apps permissions

Hi,

My android tablet isiBall Brace-X1 which is with Android 4.4.2, Kernal 3.4.67 and MT6592. Its RAM is 2GB with 16GB of internal storage.

I rooted it successfully with Kingo Root but unable unlock boot-loader.

While unlocking bootloader, I used 'fastbootoem unlock'.

I confirmed on tablet screen by press Volume Up but no changes on screen of computer and tablet. Even after 45 min, there are no changes on tablet screen and command prompt.
