Issues in Rooted Android Device

Hi,

My android tablet is iBall Brace-X1 which is with Android 4.4.2, Kernal 3.4.67 and MT6592.
Its RAM is 2GB with 16GB of internal storage.

It rooted it successfully. I checked with multiple Root-Checkers. It's rooted.

However I have following issues.
1. I removed some pre-installed user apps and system apps. If I do factory reset after removing them, I see removed apps (user and system) again including SuperU apps.
2. I am unable to control
