How to use mBack on MEIZU mobiles?

I have seen some bloggers making reviews of MEIZU phones, some of them complain don't know how to go back to previous page as they don't familliar with mBack, actually it's very convinient on MEIZU mobiles to do it, as mBack is a very useful function, here I attach one video for the one who don't know how to use mBack:
