Front Facing Camera Will Not Load

I dropped my Motorola Moto G3 and now the front facing camera will not load on any application. There is no cracks or visible physical damage at all.

The option to switch to front facing camera is not even showing on the camera app.

I have restarted the camera app and cleared data and cache on the camera app.

I have restarted the entire device.

I have cleared partition data.

I am hoping to avoid a factory reset but will do it if there is absolutely no other option.
