OnePlus One torch turns on randomly and sometimes I can't shut it off.

I've been having this wierd issue with my OnePlus One. I put it in my pocket and randomly the torch comes on. The screen is locked as well. Then I try and click the icon to turn it off and nothing happens. The only way to shut it off is to reboot my phone. This has happened 2 times in the past week. Has anyone else experienced this problem?
