I've got a Moto E 2nd Gen 2015. System Low storage space on my phone despite new blank sd card!

And I'm constantly running out of space. I have Greenly, and android assistant and a few other similar type apps but without root can't do much or im using them wrong/inefficently Even with my additional 32 micro sd external card added – tho it was a little outta whack so bought a brand new class 10 32 sd card last night and now have all that space available but internal space is still in system low range and cant update or move anything over to my new sd card. I have been desperatly wanting...
