[Sony C4] Removed an app from a damaged SD Card

Hello,

I have a Sony C4 and my SD card became damaged. I have replaced most apps I can remember having that where damaged however I have no idea what 1 of them is and the damaged app icon has no name.

How can I get rid of this icon? uninstalling just gives a message that the app doesn't exist and restarting the device has had no effect.
