Facebook video stalls and stops

I'm new here. Hope this is the right place for this question.

I have a friend with A Samsung Galaxy Tab E. She has trouble watching videos on facebook. The tablet is up to date with the system and the facebook app.
videos stall and stop sometimes within the facebook app. Facebook in the browser does not have this problum.
Youtube app also does not have this problum.
I have cleared the data on the facebook and messanger apps and
put the accounts back on them. Videos still stalls and...
