Annoying pop ups

My galaxy alpha has recently been recieving many pop ups in apps and games that do not contain adverts. I have scanned phone numerous times for malware and came out clean! Any advice ? Im new to this so im not sure how long it takes for people to reply, but anyone who can help will be appreciated.
