Random calling and more ?'s.........

Hello...I'm new to the forum and hope you all could shed some light here....
For some reason it seems to happen when I am getting in my car and the bluetooth is turning on, it randomly will call the last person i texted?

This phone also does not pick up all in coming calls...Sometimes I am on the phone and the call goes right to vm. And never posts a missed call notification.
These two specific issues are causing problems as my callers think...
