Note 4 completely unresponsive

Hi folks,
I've been having major issues with my Note 4 for the past week or so.
It worked totally fine till about a week ago, then started rebooting anywhere from 10-20 times a day. Apps got super laggy when the phone was actually on and a few of the apps became completely unresponsive.
I factory reset the phone twice, which helped a little bit and it stopped rebooting as much, but it got worse again as time passed to the point where the phone became entirely unresponsive. The charging...
