Unlocking the bootloader and relocking it.

Hi,

I want to try Android N Developer Preview, but flashing that to my phone will erase all my apps and data. I know I can't install a custom recovery and backup and restore whole OS perfectly, but that requires bootloader to be unlocked. I'm ready to unlock the bootloader but after unlocking the bootloader I can't install official software from Xperia Companion. So will relocking the bootloader allow me to install original software from sony?
