Preview in Pop Up

Ok...so i updated my s6 to marshmallow....i click on preview to pop up on gmail, cloudmagic, textra

and so far all i get when i get a notification is the friggin icon on the upper left corner

ive contacted samsung
and all they tell me is it SHOULD work

has another else had this problem or just me
