Publishing an App under an oragnization in Google Play store

Hi Everyone,
This is my first post in Android Authority and i am new to android developing as well.I have developed a small app and for publishing this app we need to sign in for Google Developer Console.But my doubt is since i want to publish under my organization(I'm working for),so what are the steps to do this should i just need to create an account under organization name or i need to have any lisecsing of the organization to be used.
