Last Android update is stuck for hours, does not restart/reboot

I was wondering whether any of you could help me. My mother has a LG L Fino smartphone. She does not knw what she did, but in the screen it appears a 100% Android update completed with the message "Once the updating is completed, the phone will restart. Do not switch off the phone".
