Samsung s6 edge plus battery

today my s6 edge plus lost an incredible % of battery again overnight i had it on plane mode and when i got up it was on 87% so far so good however again within a minute it went to 3% this seems to happen every 3-4 days i only downloaded the new update last Friday security patch 1/1/18 G928FXXU40RA1 Nougat 7.0
Apart from this blip it holds its charge fine i get a good days battery life otherwise
I have checked all my apps and nothing seems to be behaving badly
