After changing carriers, and thus fiddling with the SIM tray, suddenly I have major trouble downloading apps and/or updating them from the Play Store. The phone's Settings show valid SD storage. The store will throw various error codes at me. The last code was 963. As the store instructed I cleared the cache of my store app, etc. Nothing worked.
