Close apps causing performance issues?

I am receiving this message since this morning after each 8 to 10 minutes;

com.andriod.calllogbackup is causing performance issues that could drain your battery or cause other apps to run slowly.

To send an error reports to Samsung, go to CONTACT US> Error reports.

I have submitted the error reports to Samsung but the issue is remain the same.

Any body at the forum, please assist and oblige
