Unable to restore SMS

Hi all, hope someone can help I have tried many things. I had to factory reset my HTC One M8 & so prior to this I backed up everything. My SMS was backed up to DropBox using the Easy Backup & Restore app which had always been fine. When I tried to restore everything returned except my SMS - though the app suggested the restore had been successful the SMS are not in my message box.

I have extracted the .csv file from dropbox & put in various places after downloading several different SMS...
