No command

I accidentally uninstalled the [only] launcher on my watch, the Lemfo LEM6, so I tried this command to reset,

adb reboot recovery

and now my watch is giving me "No Commands".
The watch has no volume buttons so I can't go into recovery mode, and this is the only command that did anything.

Please help!!
