MY PHONE DOESN'T WORK.

I RECENTLY INSTALLED AN APP CALLED RAINBOW KEYBOARD AND AS SOON AS I LET IT ACCESS MY KEYBOARD IT SAID IT'S BEEN SET UP SUCCESSFULLY BUT IT'S BEEN STUCK ON THAT PAGE FOR THE LAST 3 HOURS. I can't turn my phone off .. it locks but when I unlock it, it goes back on that screen. my home button and app refresh button have seemed to disappear ... I press the return button but it doesn't work. Someone rang me and I could hear the ringtone but there was no way I could answer. I can screenshot but...
