Manage Files on Android from PC

I have an Android media player (X96) connected to my A/V system. I mainly want to use it to play videos that are stored on a HDD connected to the media player.

In order to add or delete files from the HDD, I could disconnect it and connect it to my PC but that is a "pain in the butt". I'd like to see the media player in Windows File Explorer. so that I can easily move or delete files on the HDD from my PC without the need to move the HDD.
