While charging my V20 will shut-off

Sometimes if I leave my phone charging on my nightstand at night it will shut-off and I have to enter my PIN in order to turn the phone back on. It does not seem to affect the functionality of the phone, but it is annoying since it is my alarm clock!

Any others experiencing a similar issue or know how to resolve it?
