Bloat ware

Hi all
Just acquired a refurbished s6 edge plus immaculate condition runs great it seems it was originally an AT&T device which I'm guessing is an American carrier everything is fine the device is unlocked and my sim is working fine as I'm in the UK obviously AT&T is not available I've disabled all the apps is there any way of removing the AT&T apps
