Nexus 4 trouble

My contract has just ended on my Nexus 4 but it now wont charge...Ive tried other chargers and the red light comes on on the phone but it wont charge.....trouble is I have photos and numbers that I need to transfer from this phone to my new one. Help would be greatly appreciated!
