Speaker symbol pops up in the screen with beep sound often!!

Got new nexus 5x recently.. til now worked fn.. frm the past few days, speaker symbol with beep sound pops up in the middle of the screen often.. Tried Android upgrade, uninstalled all the apps which i installed and even factory reset.. but no use.. plz help..
