S7 Edge & Galaxy Tab 4 mlb.tv incredible quality.. but

So when I watch MLB.TV app on my s7 edge or my old as crap galaxy tab 4 (super old) the app is soooo amazing. Fluid 60fps. Looks amazing

When I watch it on my samsung laptop, samsung 2016 4k tv 65", ipad air 2, iphone 6s, ps4 pro or xbox one s its not bad quality.. but the FPS is no where near as crispy and fluid

Can anyone help me with this? Why is this?
