My brand new out of the box Moto Z could not find any WiFi networks to connect to. Support seemed stymied by problem but insisted it was a problem a) with my router; b) with my internet provider; c)ABM - anything but Motorola! Got my stuff together (figuratively), hung up on support and studied the settings. I noticed the phone had no MAC address ( it was all zeroes) - all I could figure was the phone was missing its WiFi adapter or it was seated (connected) improperly. Couldn't get...
