" Turn off screen overlay " issue in LG G4 handset (Need Support)

Dear All,

I am in big trouble using LG G4, when i want to send any picture or file using any apps like ( messenger, whatsapp, viber or any others ) its showing "Turn off screen overlay" message. current OS version is Android 6 marshmallow. how could i resolve the issue ?

trying so many thing but issue still persist. pic attached here.
