Galaxy s4 broken lcd and cant restore data !!!

HELP !!!
My galaxy S4 fell about two days ago directly on the face and I damaged the lcd and the touch screen (so now totally black screen that is not responding any touches) ...

What I really want is to get my files ...

I searched for a solution and was told to factory reset it using the recovery mode (like learn the options location and times to press the volume buttons)

I did the factory reset .. But still the files not showing on pc !!!

I really need the files as soon as possible !!...
