Where is Cortana?

News reports: "Cortana for Android arrives in the UK". So where is she hiding? I have tried to find her in Play Store and via Chrome on the internet, in two different Android devices, one with Marshmallow, one with Lollipop. She is nowhere to be found, except on my Windows 10 machine where she is already at her work desk.

Can someone tell me how to download Cortana for Android please?
