Samsung Galaxy S6 backround Problem

Ok here is my problem I have Galaxy S& obviously , anyway I have a something in backround , some app or something and It's transperent like some app is constantly opened and can0t be closed it's easiest to be seen on a white surface but if you look at it litle bit closer it's showing everywhere . I tried factory reset not working I tried deleting everything it's still there . I know my explanation of problem isn't good but it's best I can do hope you guys get it. Thanks in an andvance.
