UMI Super 4G - displaying Android only, can't use. Display Stays On

Hi

Got a new phone from Gear Best, a UMI Super yesterday. It worked fine for the set up etc but since it would lock and the display is on always displaying "android". Can only shut it down to get it working, except sometimes it has suddenly worked from the 'android' brick screen. Most times it starts working ok, but now (since overnight) it's displaying this constantly.

Phone calls aren't received during this state.

It's under warranty and can be returned. However returning to China,...
