MY LG TZ CRASH

MY LG G3 suddenly on and off until not working .. i change the battery .on the first its working then a second its off.ans when i open the screen colored was green and telling TZ crash
Demi God crash handler : TZ CRASH
press key to choose DLOAD MODE or REBOOT

1.volume up deload mode
2. volume down : reboot

if you choose dload mode please do following..
the question is how can i do this if my smart phone not working?
