7.1 and Dec 5th security patch never pushed to my Nexus 6...

I have a vanilla Nexus 6 that got October and 7.0 nougat...Why is it that I never got the 7.1.1 push nor the Nov and Dec 5th security patches? I'm in Bangkok currently and wonder if its the stack carrier. How can I get this push? The "updates" under settings and such are all pinging the server and coming back feigning compliancy.
