Screen Overlay detached turn off to allow permissions

Can some one please help me I'm about to go nuts with this issue! All was fine on my T-Mobile Galaxy Note 5 until I got a 300mb software update a couple of days ago. Which was already a marshmallow phone so I have no idea what the update was for. All of a sudden this message about the screen Overlay was detached turn off in settings started coming up everywhere.
