Visible pixels on HTC 10?

Hello,
I've had the HTC 10 for about two months now and recently I've noticed that pixels are quite visible when I'm on a blue or a white screen... I can see horizontal pixel lines when on a blue screen; and vertical pixel lines when on a white screen.
I was wondering if this is the case with all phones or my phone is just malfunctioning...
BTW, I've seen this issue on iPhone 5s and xperia Z as well. I thought maybe all LCDs have this problem?
