doogee support hopeless

I have a Doogee F1 mini bought in 2015 .,Initially delighted with the performence and features I eagerly awaited the rumoured updates to Lollipop and correction to the lack of usable partition space.. Now initial satisfaction has turned to disappointment as even the installed apps are fighting for space and generaly misbehaving.
