How to sync music to sd card without unknown folders?

I'm trying to sync about 50gb worth of music to this 256gb micro sd card. Everytime I do it I end up getting this unknown artist folder with hundreds if not thousands of songs being placed in it. In that folder, some of the album covers are wrong, some song titles are wrong, and some songs are skipping or wont play at all. All of my songs on itunes play perfectly. I can sync to the internal harddrive with no issues. Any suggestions for this issue? Im using isyncr to sync btw.
