Galaxy S5, Marshmallow Or Lollipop? G900V

So, I have a Galaxy S5 from Verizon, on MetroPCS, and it's running Android 5.0
I've heard good things, and bad things, about updating to Marshmallow.
I'm not sure how it is now, what do you all think, should I play it safe with 5.0, or upgrade to Marshmallow?
